Established in 2006, we focus on producing springs with a wire diameter ranging from 0.15mm to 80mm and a thickness of plating from 0.2mm to 20mm. We have excellent manufacturing and testing equipment, including 312 sets in production, research and development, and testing. We were certified under the ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System from the start. Our springs are widely used in various industries such as automotive, electronics, home appliances, office equipment, locomotives, electrical components, engineering machinery, mining, and construction machinery.

Over the years, we have collected extensive original equipment (OE) data for automobile springs and have been involved in the design and improvement of performance for lowering springs. We have advanced processes for springs used in railway locomotives, industrial and mining machinery, and other stamping. Our springs meet the highest standards for our customers. USAGE 

Torsion springs are helical springs that apply a torque or rotary force and offer resistance to externally applied loads

BEHAVIOR

The torque resulting from the angular deflection of the spring ends sets up bending stresses

FORCE

Store and release angular energy by holding a mechanism in place allowing the tension to force the legs apart

DIRECTION

Can be formed clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation, determining the direction of the wind.

FLEX

Will reduce in body diameter and increase slightly in length when deflected in the preferred direction of the fabricated wind.
